Integritetspolicy for Multi-services ApS

We are responsible for personal data – how to contact us? As a supplier of cleaning to our customers, we take your data protection seriously. We process personal information and have therefore adopted this privacy policy which tells you how we process your information.

3.Purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data:

We collect and store your information in connection with the fulfillment of our cleaning agreement – cf.

Article 6, paragraph 1 (b) and other lawful business purposes.

The type and scope of personal data we process may also be necessary to fulfill a contract or other legal obligation.

We generally do this to improve our service and ensure quality in our products and services as well as in our contact with you.

4.Categories of personal information:

5. Data processor to which we provide your personal information:

We pass on your data to partners such as E-conomic, Microsoft Business Premium (One Drive).

If the invoice is not paid, we can forward your information to a lawyer or debt collection agency, SKAT and the bailiff’s court.

If there is a requirement that we enter into data processor agreements with these partners, then we have entered into data processor agreements.

This means that these parties also comply with the law on personal data. We do not obtain your consent to transfer your personal information to a data processor, or if we are legally obliged to pass on your personal information, eg as part of reporting to an authority.

We have entered into agreements with the following partners: One Drive, which i.a. is our server-host and E-conomic, which is why all customer data is stored here. In relation to job applicants – We do not pass on your personal information in connection with a job application to external data processors.

6. Transfers to recipients in third countries, including international organizations: We do not transfer data to third countries or international organizations.

7.Storage of your personal information: We store your personal information as long as the contractual relationship between multi-services and you as a customer exists.

If you cease to be a customer of multi-services, we delete your personal information after (at the earliest after the current year + 5 years – according to the rules in the Accounting Act – but there may also be a need to store information longer).

As a jobseeker – We only process the personal data that is necessary to process your job application.

We check that the personal data we process about you is not incorrect or misleading.

We make sure to update your personal information regularly.

As our service is due to your information being accurate and up to date, we ask you to inform us of relevant changes to your information.

We delete your personal data when they are no longer needed for the purpose that was the reason for our collection, processing and storage of your data. For jobseekers – Requested applications are saved as long as the recruitment process is ongoing, if it takes place longer after consent with the applicant. An unwanted application is kept for a maximum of 6 months, after which it is removed unless there is consent from the applicant for a longer period.

8. Obtain consent: We obtain consent before we process your personal data for the purposes described, unless we have a legal basis for obtaining it. We inform you of such a basis and of our legitimate interest in processing your personal data. Your consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclosure of your personal information: We do not pass on your personal information to, among others, partners and actors for use. marketing without your consent. We do not obtain your consent if we are legally obliged to disclose your personal information, e.g. as part of the reporting to an authority.

10. Your rights:

According to the Data Protection Ordinance, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.

Right to see information (right of access) – You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information.

Right to Correction (Correction) – You have the right to correct incorrect information about yourself. Right to deletion – In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time for our general deletion occurs.

Right to restrict the processing – In some cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you have the right to restrict processing, we may in future only process the information – in addition to storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, enforcing or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

Right to object – In some cases, you have the right to object to our or legal processing of your personal data.

You can also object to the processing of your information for direct marketing.

Right to transfer information (data portability) – In some cases, you have the right to have your personal information in a structured, common and machine-readable format and that this personal information is transferred from one personal data controller to another without hindrance.
